All accounts are non-transferable and non-refundable. If for any reason, your account is lost due to system error, WeddingSolutions.com will provide a new account of equal value. However, WeddingSolutions.com is not responsible for the loss of uploaded images.

Using the manipulate option to edit your photos/images online, means that you own the rights to them. WeddingSolutions.com is not liable for copyright infringement.

We will not share your information with any third party, but WeddingSolutions.com may occasionally send account information and/or site updates to the email address you provide.

WeddingSolutions.com has the right to change these terms anytime without prior notification.

WeddingSolutions.com claims no ownership rights in any image contained in any of your photo albums. Please note, however, that when you share a photo album, you allow the recipients of that album to view and print images contained in that album. By creating an account, you grant WeddingSolutions.com the right to display your images

Unacceptable actions and content, further described below, will constitute grounds for blocking your access to our service, removal of posted material and cancellation of your account without prior notice. As condition of your use of this service, you shall not:

1.) Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

2.) Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements) or any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

No Monitoring of Content
WeddingSolutions.com does not control the content of any user's album and does not have any obligation to monitor such content for any purpose. All content provided by a user of this service is the sole responsibility of that user, not WeddingSolutions.com.

ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDDINGSOLUTIONS.COM DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SERVICE.

YOU, THE USER, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE UPLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL THROUGH WEDDINGSOLUTIONS.COM’S SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR IMAGES, AND ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT MAY RESULT IN THE DOWNLOAD OR UPLOAD OF ANY MATERIAL.
